Another one of my personal favorites, there is a bit of a trick to the poached eggs but im slowly getting there.

Chicken Schnitzel

One of my personal favourites, plus it had the crinkled chips that i like ever so much. It tasted great all that i think is need next time is more of the mushroom sauce.

Not particularly happy with the set however i did end up firing off a few shots that are keepers.

Although not a particularly good shot in itself, if you have ever shot birds you will know how hard it is to get a decent picture of one in flight.

Bit of a pain to cook but it was totally worth it.

Sydney Trip

Had been planning this shoot for a while with some mates. As this was my first real attempt at night shooting, most of the images were shockers. Was fun cruising around the city with a few mates though.

Steak with mushroom sauce

One of my personal favourites. Huge plus is the new grill pan that mum got the other day allows you to cook thick steaks perfectly.

Starting Somewhere...
